Grammy Viv’s Apricot Kugel

It’s National Noodle Day (yippee!)  and I’m celebrating with Grammy Viv’s Apricot Kugel AND a National Noodle Day Blog Hop!

Apricot Kugel Recipe

My mother-in-law used to make a version of this delicious Apricot Kugel for her family. If you aren’t familiar with kugel, it’s a sweet or savory egg noodle casserole.  Viv kindly shared the recipe with me a few years ago and it’s become a fave for this Karlinsky clan as well. I added the raisins and cinnamon but you certainly don’t need to. If you aren’t into raisins, it’s an easy ingredient to omit.

Oh, Malia…this sounds delicious. I did not know what Kugel was. It sounds so simple. The sweet of the apricots/raisins would go perfect with the cheese. Pinning this recipe for the cold months ahead!
