Tangy Mexican Bake, a yummy appetizer or meal. Great for barbecues and parties.

Have you been to Grocery Outlet Bargain Market recently? They have 219 store locations  across CA, ID, NV, OR, PN and WA. You already know you can save up to 70% or more on groceries (and other products) compared to conventional shopping retailers. Now this innovative retailer has another exciting feature– the NOSH section! NOSH is an acronym for Natural, Organic, Specialty and Heathy foods, like the items I bought there.

NOSH items from Grocery Outlet Bargain Market

Grocery Outlet has made carrying natural and organic products a priority. So now you’ll find food items (including staples like organic flour and sugar) as well as other exciting non-food items (like organic health and beauty products) there.

I wanted to create a delicious dish for a Memorial Day gathering, so I headed to Grocery Outlet’s NOSH section to grab the supplies, plus a few other ingredients AND I also found a fun red baking dish that I knew would be perfect for Memorial Day and 4th of July.

Here’s my recipe for Tangy Mexcian Bake. It makes a great appetizer or dinner! It’s one of those crowd pleasing recipes that everyone loves.

I sure wish there was one near me! I hope they expand to Utah or maybe sell at least some of their products online! I’d love that!
