Halloween Mason Jar Candle Holders

Halloween is one of my favorite times of the year to decorate and there’s no better {or more versatile} way to do it than with mason jars. That’s why I’m so excited to be sharing  a week of Halloween themed mason jar projects with some of my favorite bloggers!

Each day, all five of us with be sharing a new project, so there will be twenty-five Ghoulishy Great Mason Jar ideas by the end of the week!

This project is an easy one, but it can be the centerpiece a lovely Halloween display.

Supplies: Three pint sized mason jars, DecoArt acrylic paint in Jack-O-Lantern, Snow and Black, DecoArt Decou-Page, glitter in orange, white and black, masking tape and ribbon. You’ll also want Halloween themed candy and candles.

Step One: Tape off the top of the jar.

I like to cover the entire top of the jar.

Step 2: Paint the jars.

Step 3: Paint the jars with Decou-page.

Step 4: Sprinkle with glitter.

Step 5: Tie a ribbon around each of the jars.

Step 6: Fill with candy and add a candle.
