Delicious and easy Apple Cinnamon Monkey Bread Recipe
Ingredients
  • 3 can of Pillsbury Grand Biscuits
  • 1 diced apple
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp cinnamon (separate)
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 ½ sticks butter or margarine
  • cooking spray
Instructions
  1. Spray a bundt pan with cooking spray
  2. Open biscuits, one at a time, cut each piece into 4th
  3. Combine 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp allspice in large bowl
  4. Dredge dough in mixture
  5. Layer ingredients (dough, apples, walnuts) in bundt pan (you should have 3 layers of dough)
  6. Take 1 cup brown sugar, 1 ½ sticks margarine/butter and 1 tsp cinnamon and bring to a boil, stirring.
  7. When mixed, pour over bread, sticking a knife down the sides to make sure it goes down the sides and also around the middle. Bake at 350 for 45-50 mins minutes
  8. Turn over on a plate and let cool.
Serving size: 6-8
