With Fall starting, comfort food has been on my mind. I have been craving some ooey gooey sweet apple bread so I started thinking… What is the EASIEST way to make the treat I’m desiring? The answer… monkey bread!

Delicious and easy Apple Cinnamon Monkey Bread Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 can of Pillsbury Grand Biscuits
- 1 diced apple
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp cinnamon (separate)
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 ½ sticks butter or margarine
- cooking spray
Instructions
- Spray a bundt pan with cooking spray
- Open biscuits, one at a time, cut each piece into 4th
- Combine 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp allspice in large bowl
- Dredge dough in mixture
- Layer ingredients (dough, apples, walnuts) in bundt pan (you should have 3 layers of dough)
- Take 1 cup brown sugar, 1 ½ sticks margarine/butter and 1 tsp cinnamon and bring to a boil, stirring.
- When mixed, pour over bread, sticking a knife down the sides to make sure it goes down the sides and also around the middle. Bake at 350 for 45-50 mins minutes
- Turn over on a plate and let cool.
